Project Manager I

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Project Manager I to join their team. As a Project Manager I, you will be part of the Project Planning & Execution Support team supporting cross‑functional coordination and project documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager I Location: Longmont, CO Pay Range: What's the Job? Assist in tracking project scope, schedules, and key milestones using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera. Support coordination with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing activities. Help maintain project plans, trackers, and action logs to ensure project transparency and accountability. Support communication with vendors and customers by sharing updates, responding to routine queries, and escalating issues when required. Assist in preparing and coordinating shipment documentation and dispatch of accessories and site‑specific materials. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 0-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role (internship experience welcome). Basic understanding of project management concepts and willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus. What's in it for me?
