Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, utilizing history reviews, specific assessments, and clinical observations to formulate a cohesive treatment plan tailored to individual patient needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings clearly to patients and their families, incorporating their input into goal-setting discussions that enhance engagement and motivation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid State Physical Therapy license is mandatory for practice.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is essential.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapist role is required, new graduates with a strong clinical internship background will also be considered.
