- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (4 years of experience can substitute for formal education).
- 3 years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
- 3 years of experience building test cases and scenarios into test systems.
- 2 years of experience testing IBM Curam software.
- Experience in communicating and publishing status reports of all open issues and gaps found during the test phase.
- Security clearance required.
- 5 years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, preferably Medicaid, and business processes.
- Proficiency in the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) and in an AGILE delivery.
- Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources are desirable.
