Technical Delivery Lead

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. In this role, you will act as the key link between engineering teams and business leadership, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background to guide architectural decisions and the executive presence to create high-impact presentations for stakeholders. You will be responsible for aligning technical execution with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level guidance on SDLC, architectural choices, and resource allocation
• Work closely with Technical Leads to identify risks, manage technical debt, and ensure the team is building scalable, robust solutions
• Transform complex project data, technical roadmaps, and delivery milestones into compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Own the "narrative" of our projects, ensuring that stakeholders understand the "why" behind the "how"
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from sprint planning to production release
• Track KPIs, manage budgets, and proactively mitigate risks before they manifest as blockers
• Act as the primary interface between the technical team and business owners/Sales Managers
• Manage expectations by clearly articulating technical constraints, trade-offs, and project health
• Standardize the documentation, reporting cadences, and project health dashboards that keep our delivery organization transparent and accountable

Requirements:

• 7+ years in technical project management, engineering management, or technical consulting
• A strong background in software development (e.g., Cloud/AWS, Microservices, API architectures)
• Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote
• Ability to create structured, logic-driven decks that simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders without losing critical nuance
• Ability to synthesize project data into strategic insights
• Proven ability to navigate high-pressure delivery cycles, negotiate scope changes, and maintain team morale
• Experience managing project P&L, resource utilization, and forecasting

Desired skills:

• Prior experience in IT recruitment or managed services operations
• Hands-on experience in modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure
• Strong visual design aesthetic for creating "clean, professional, and impactful" slide decks

Pay rate: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
