Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Skills and experience for the role

Must Have

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practices
Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications
Strong communication skills

Strong Preference

Experience in higher education
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development
