About the Job
Bay Area Tile & Hardwood is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable person to join our team!
You'll work closely with our team to connect with potential customers, introduce them to our products, and build lasting customer relationships. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable making phone calls, and wants to help our business grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling potential customers and introducing them to our products and services.
- Getting to know customers and helping them find products that fit their needs.
- Answering questions and sharing information about our flooring and tile products.
- Following up with customers and helping turn conversations into sales.
- Keeping track of calls, customer information, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Working with our team to find new ways to reach customers and grow the business.
- Learning about our products and keeping up with trends in the flooring and tile industry.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly personality, a positive attitude, and good communication skills.
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Someone who is organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
- Forklift knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Someone who's motivated, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a team.
- Calling potential customers and introducing them to our products and services.
