This role will provide various general accounting tasks.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Enters and verifies the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and records* Assists and manages job costing for multiple locations* Performs the day to day management of the payment cycle* Creates and records journal entries* Reconciles assigned accounts* Assists with Month-End close processes* Assists with reporting as necessary* Ability to meet payable deadlines through organization and company processes**Requirements****Education:*** Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience**Experience and Competencies:*** 1-3 years of previous AP / accounting experience desired* Strong attention to detail* Able to multitask and appropriately follow up on outstanding tasks* Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor**Benefits*** Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)* Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)* Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)* Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)* Short Term & Long Term Disability* Training & Development*FCC Environmental Services, LLC operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
