First American Home Warranty is seeking a detail-oriented claims analyst for a remote position. You will investigate, analyze and respond to highly complex claims, manage a high volume of inquiries and support Brokers, Sales Field and Homeowners in claim activity. The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred) and 3–5 years in customer service, with strong communication, problem-solving and patience in escalated situations. #J-18808-Ljbffr First American
