Our organization is looking to recruit a Board Eligible/Board Certified Nephrologist to become part of a well-established practice located in Roseville, CA.

Founded in July 2005, Summit Nephrology was established by a group of enthusiastic physicians committed to addressing a wide range of kidney diseases, including complex hypertension, glomerulonephritis, dialysis, and post-transplant care. Situated in the Sierra foothills, Summit serves the areas of Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn, Grass Valley, Granite Bay, and Orangevale. Our goal is to provide an academic level of care within a boutique-style private practice. A key aspect of our patient care approach is ensuring ample face-to-face interaction; we allocate one hour for initial consultations and thirty minutes for follow-up visits. In a short span, we have become the leading practice in our region. All physicians at Summit Nephrology have dedicated their entire careers to this field, fostering a work environment that emphasizes a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities of the Nephrologist:

• Performing consultations to identify health issues.
• Assessing kidney function to determine appropriate treatments.
• Referring patients for surgical interventions.
• Managing and treating various medical conditions.
• Advising on dialysis options.
• Prescribing medications.
• Engaging in academic activities to teach residents and medical students.
• Participating in clinical trials.

• Trained in ECMO.
• Some telehealth services based in Roseville.

Essential Qualifications:

• Doctorate in medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in internal medicine.
• Graduate of an accredited nephrology fellowship program.
• Strong organizational abilities.
