Multi Functional Manufacturing Planner Asc Manager - Level 4

Description We are seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner ASC Manager (Level 4) in Palmdale, CA to lead critical manufacturing planning and material management operations. What You Will Be Doing Manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management, and support activities across various manufacturing functions, overseeing MRP transactions such as Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing, and Shipping. Drive inventory optimization, ensure production system integrity, and coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions. What’s In It For You Flexible work schedules and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big and lead with a growth mindset Location Palmdale, CA Basic Qualifications Inventory management, warehousing, production, scheduling or shipping experience Scheduling and/or production experience Knowledge of lean manufacturing Desired Skills Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot) Ability to create dashboards, charts to communicate part status, bottlenecks, and forecast accuracy Experience with Production Control and / or Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing, and/or Make Planning Schedule management to track adherence across multiple lines Use of critical path analysis and deviation root cause tracking to drive on‑time delivery Familiarity with database queries (SQL) for extracting SAP/SFM data Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, peers, and a represented workforce Prior leadership experience Experience with SAP & SFM Manufacturing, Planning or MRP experience Excellent communication skills Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen. Pay & Benefits Annual base salary range: $90,200 – $159,045 (varies by state).
