This role is responsible for executing the marketing tactics driving the groups' go-to-market strategies, designed to drive awareness, demand, and preference for related service offerings and to help advance the firm's business objectives. The Marketing Coordinator helps support marketing campaigns and drives tactical execution. This position works under general supervision and relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Execute marketing tactics that align with business goals by partnering and collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business development, digital marketing, Martech, content, PR, creative, internal communications, and brand teamsManage execution of marketing tactics, including thought leadership development (articles, client alerts, bylines, newsletters), email distributions, integrated nurture email efforts for continual engagement (welcome, subscriber, pre- and post-event, lead gen nurtures), event invitations, event follow-up emails, website development, videos, social media posts, internal and external promotional copy, etc., – all designed to drive awareness, engagement, and to nurture leadsSupport new lawyer integration and maintain existing lawyer bios, including writing and optimizing bios for the websiteAnalyze data to continually evaluate performance, using KPIs to assess effectiveness across digital channels using tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Eloqua and othersLeverage dashboards to evaluate and report on campaign successMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify key issues and opportunities, helping deliver additional insights to current clients and creating cross-sell opportunitiesJob Specifications:Bachelor's degreeAt least three (3) years of related work experienceKnowledge of content management systems, marketing technology software, email marketing platforms, and social media platformsStrong and concise written, verbal and presentation skillsStrong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple high-profile projects and relationships in a fast-paced environmentAbility to function effectively both independently and as a member of a teamAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilitiesRelevant B2B marketing experience; healthcare or government affairs experience preferredSelf-starterSuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.Target Hiring Range $72,000 - $99,000Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
