Marketing Coordinator

Quest Group is actively recruiting for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator with previous experience in the construction, architecture, or related professional services industries . This role will support the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, showcase our projects and capabilities, and help drive business development efforts. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with internal teams, and translate technical project information into clear, compelling marketing content. Key Responsibilitie sCoordinate day-to-day marketing activities and projects across the organization .Develop and maintain marketing materials, including project sheets, presentations, brochures, proposals, capability statements, and qualifications packages .Work closely with project managers, engineers, estimators, business development professionals, and leadership to gather project information and identify compelling stories and marketing opportunities .Assist with RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and interview presentation s, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and submitted on schedule .Create and coordinate content for the company website, social media channels, email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing platforms .Collect and organize project photography, awards, client testimonials, team biographies, project descriptions, and other marketing assets .Help coordinate trade shows, conferences, networking events, client events, and other industry-related activities .Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, project information, and digital asset libraries .Assist with market research, competitor research, and tracking of industry trends and opportunities .Coordinate with outside vendors, photographers, graphic designers, printers, and other marketing partners as needed .Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent branding, messaging, quality, and accuracy .Track marketing activities, deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics .Provide general administrative and project management support to the marketing and business development team Qualificatio ns2+ years of marketing experien ce, preferably within an engineering, construction, architecture, environmental, infrastructure, or other professional services organizatio n.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferre d.Experience supportin g A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering & Constructio n) marketing or business development initiatives strongly preferre d.Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal developmen t.Excellent written and verbal communication skill s.Strong proofreading and editing abilities with exceptional attention to detai l.Ability to understand technical information and turn it into concise, audience-friendly marketing conten t.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline s.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoin t.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CRM platforms, website content management systems, or email marketing platforms is a plu s.Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical professional s.Professional, positive, and proactive approach to problem-solvin #J-18808-Ljbffr
