MedTech Field Service Software Tech Entry Level - Kansas City & St. Louis

$27 - $30 per hour

Saint Louis, MO

Entry-level field service technician position supporting medical device installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in hospital settings across the United States. Part-time role with flexible, assignment-based scheduling requiring national travel and technical collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware and software
  • Set up and organize equipment and workstations in hospital environments
  • Conduct routine post-installation checks and document product test data
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with customer needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of related technical experience
  • Active, unrestricted driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Located within 1 hour of major airport; willing to travel up to 3 hours from home
  • Proficiency with basic software and Microsoft operating systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods
  • Professional communication and soft skills; work independently with minimal supervision
  • Current vaccinations and healthcare facility credentialing eligibility

Compensation: $27-$30 per hour
