Property Management Maintenance Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing team, the remote Property Management Maintenance Coordinator will manage repairs and maintenance for a large portfolio of rental units by identifying vendors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring quality control during the process. Key responsibilities Contact approved vendors for support and research new vendors as needed Obtain landlord approval for maintenance requests and coordinate repairs accordingly Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards are met Required qualifications College degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets) Experience with Appfolio and LeadSimple preferred Internet speed of 50 mbps and above
