Step into an impactful role supporting elementary students as an onsite School Psychologist in the Hampshire, IL area for the upcoming academic year. As a critical team member, you’ll work closely with educators and families to foster a supportive and positive school environment.

This opportunity offers a 37.5-hour workweek, running from August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with an orientation session on August 3, 2026. You'll serve elementary students across the area, providing evaluations, counseling, crisis intervention, and guidance to ensure each child has the resources and support needed to thrive academically and emotionally.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Prior experience as a School Psychologist in a school-based setting preferred
• Proficient in conducting student assessments, writing reports, and participating in IEP meetings
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics

Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for elementary students
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding behavior management and learning interventions
• Develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP planning
• Provide crisis response, counseling, and intervention services as needed
• Maintain clear, ongoing documentation and progress tracking
