Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning

Contribute your voice to training and evaluating next-generation text to speech systems by providing high quality, consistent recordings that can be used to create customer experience AI agent voices. This role focuses on producing natural, expressive, and clean audio across varied scripts for use in research and product development.

• Record high quality voice samples across diverse script types, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control of tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across multiple recording sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines for recording environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Provide multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested.

• Required: Native American English speaker currently based in the United States.
• Required: Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Required: Access to a professional or near professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter.
• Required: Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping a natural delivery.
• Preferred: Experience recording for text to speech, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
• Preferred: Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
• Preferred: Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.

• Remote engagement, hourly employment type.
• Expected availability of approximately 5 to 10 hours per week for the project duration.
• Recording sessions will require adherence to provided technical and quality guidelines, and may include scheduling across multiple sessions.

Pay range is $50 to $150 per hour.
