Job Details 7+ years of intellectual property litigation experience Strong background in patent litigation (both plaintiff and defense preferred) Technical degree required: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar***** Clear strength in software, systems, or programming-related technologies Experience in federal court litigation and trial prep Comfort working in a lean, high-responsibility environment Lead and support patent litigation matters from complaint through trial Handle Markman briefing, discovery, depositions, and motion practice Work on USPTO proceedings (IPR, reexams, post-grant) alongside litigation strategy Collaborate with clients on IP monetization, licensing strategy, and enforcement Translate complex technical concepts into compelling litigation narratives for courts and juries Interested in hearing more?
