Role Summary You will be directly engaging with clients to inform and process their annual renewals, managing communications, payments, and customer service with diligence and warmth. Key Responsibilities Handle high volume of calls and email inquiries. Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and maintain communication records. Document processing and customer account management. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go above and beyond to engage with customers. We’re Looking For Experience: Background in customer support or sales. Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Qualifications: High school diploma required; further education is advantageous. Personality: A customer-first attitude with the adaptability to interact with various individuals.
