Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in software delivery, technical program management, or IT transformation and 3+ years of experience in M&A integrations. Strong experience leading systems or software-driven initiatives (ERP, CRM, billing, data, or platform integrations). Proven ability to operate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical teams. Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-moving environments. Execution-oriented, pragmatic, and outcome-driven. Direct, confident communicator with strong stakeholder presence. Able to balance urgency with structure in high-visibility initiatives.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting post-merger integration, systems consolidation, or large-scale transformation initiatives. Background in software delivery, technical program management, or IT transformation (preferred over purely financial M&A PM profiles). Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and vendor-led delivery models.

Job Description: The Project Manager will serve as the primary engine driving the successful execution of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures. Reporting directly under the CIO's organization, you will bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and technical/operational execution. This is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of Telecom industry expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to drive Stakeholder Alignment across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of integration, from initial due diligence support to the final cutover of complex telecom workstreams.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Governance: Partner with the CIO and IMO leadership to define integration milestones and KPIs. Develop comprehensive project charters and integrated master schedules (IMS). Workstream Orchestration: Lead and synchronize multiple workstreams, including Network Infrastructure, OSS/BSS Systems, Customer Migration, Human Resources, and Finance/ERP. Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management: Actively manage and align diverse interests between the acquiring and target organizations. Facilitate workshops to resolve "clash zones" in culture, process, and technology, ensuring all executive stakeholders remain committed to a unified integration roadmap. Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic liaison to the Executive Leadership Team. Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide transparent, data-driven reporting on integration health, risks, and synergy realization. Financial & Budget Management: Direct oversight of the integration budget (CapEx and OpEx). Track actual spend against forecasts, manage vendor invoicing, and ensure that synergy targets (cost savings) are identified and captured throughout the integration lifecycle. End-to-End Execution: Drive the transition from Day 0 (Planning) to Day 1 (Legal Close) and through Day 100+ (Full Operational Integration). Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "red flags" in technical debt, cultural alignment, or regulatory compliance within the telecom landscape. Develop robust contingency plans to ensure zero disruption to subscriber services.

Remote, US 12-month contract, extensions/conversion possible $55-$65/hour
