Repair and maintain existing tooling to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to stamping dies and other production tooling. Perform precision grinding, milling, turning, and EDM operations. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and 3D models to produce components with tight tolerances. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool design and manufacturing processes. Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and machinery to minimize downtime.
