OverviewLicensed Mental Health Professional Team Lead - IL PathwaysFull-Time; FTE 1.0Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pmRock Island, ILThe Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) Supervisory Team Lead provides care to clients utilizing the Robert Young Center (RYC) principles of Trauma Informed Care. Provides clinical leadership and direction to the Robert Young Center Pathways Program. Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the multi-disciplinary process on behalf of the individual consumer for an assigned group of Mental Health Professionals (MHP), and Qualified Mental Health Professionals Ensures that all team members meet / exceed established productivity standardsProvides clinical supervision.Provides quantitative information about each staff member for annual performance reviews.Performs diagnostic assessments and collects diagnostic information to determine an individualized treatment plan for the client.Delivers high quality care appropriate to the age and educational level of the client.Responds to crises situations for chronically mentally ill clients in community locations and the emergency department and provides emergency assessment, recommendations, and crises interventionQualificationsEducation:Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program; orAn individual possessing at least a master's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or family therapy or related field, who has successfully completed a practicum or internship that included a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service, or who has one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHP. License(s)/Certification(s):Independently licensed with the Illinois and Iowa Department of Professional Regulation in one of the following - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with two years’ experience in a community mental health setting.Valid Illinois driver’s license.Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within 6 months of hire.Obtain certification within 2 months of hire and re-certify annually according to the requirements set forth in the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services related to the Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Needs & Strengths (IM+CANS)*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
