Nurse Practitioner

An established physician-owned private pediatric practice in Lafayette, Indiana is hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a four-day workweek outpatient role seeing 20–25 patients per day from newborn through age 22. No after-hours call, no hospital call, no newborn nursery responsibilities. One evening clinic per week until 7:00 PM and one Saturday morning per month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. That is the entire commitment outside standard clinic days. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care from newborn through age 22 Perform well-child visits and same-day sick visits across a panel of 20–25 patients per day Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth and development, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate closely with the physician owner and fellow providers Qualifications Required: Board certified PNP-BC, CPNP, or PA-C Eligible for Indiana APRN or PA licensure Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start Strong communication skills with children and families Genuine team orientation; small practice, collaboration is not optional Preferred: 2+ years of pediatric clinical experience; right new graduate will be considered FNP with substantial pediatric experience welcome to apply Interest in building a long-term career; practice is growing and wants someone to grow with it Schedule & Compensation $120,000–$130,000/year (based on experience) Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Full-time | Four days per week | Approximately 32 clinical hours One evening clinic per week until 7:00 PM One Saturday morning per month, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM No after-hours call | No hospital call | No newborn nursery Medical, dental, vision | 401(k) with 4% match after 1 year $2,000 annual CME allowance | Malpractice fully covered Indiana license and DEA registration reimbursed #J-18808-Ljbffr
