We're looking for a Customer Experience Representative who is passionate about providing outstanding service and creating positive customer experiences. Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, customer support, or a call center, your customer service skills can help you succeed in this role. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account inquiries, program information, policy updates, and service-related requests. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and make a meaningful impact every day. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, emails, and correspondence Assist customers with account questions, requests, updates, and transactions Resolve customer concerns using a \"one-and-done\" service approach whenever possible Build knowledge of assigned programs and services to confidently support customers Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers when appropriate Process policy changes, conversions, and account-related updates accurately and efficiently Maintain customer records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Organize and process incoming and outgoing mail and documentation Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance Support special projects and additional responsibilities as needed What Makes You a Great Fit Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or similar customer-facing environment Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented in customer interactions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to learn new programs and systems quickly Qualifications You may qualify through any of the following: Associate's degree and 1-2 years of related experience, OR 3-4 years of relevant work experience and/or training, OR An equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred At least 1 year of inbound call center experience Why Join Us?
