Our client, a well-established Developer and General Contractor with a strong reputation across the multifamily market, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. Key Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing all phases of ground-up woodframe multifamily construction. Leading project schedules, budgets, procurement and subcontractor coordination. Working closely with Superintendents to drive site progress and maintain project milestones. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade partners. Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation. Identifying and resolving project challenges before they impact programme or budget. Ensuring projects meet quality, safety and contractual requirements. What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within ground-up multifamily construction. Proven experience delivering woodframe multifamily developments (woodframe experience is essential). Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling and contract administration. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
