Junior Controller | Monsey, NY $130,000 $150,000 About the Role A growing Monsey-based company is seeking a Junior Controller to help lead its day-to-day accounting operations. Working closely with the CFO and Controller, you'll oversee AP, AR, and bookkeeping while managing a small team an excellent opportunity to build your leadership track record in a company on the rise. Key Responsibilities Core Accounting Duties Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and balance sheet items Maintain the chart of accounts Financial Reporting Help prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) Assist with variance analysis (budget vs. actual) Support preparation of management reports and board packages Accounts Payable/Receivable Oversight Review or supervise AP/AR processes Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Monitor cash flow Team & Leadership Partner closely with the CFO and Controller Lead and guide a small finance team Qualifications Leadership experience Strong financial background #J-18808-Ljbffr
