Customer Service Logistics Coordinator Location: Devon, PA or West Chester, PA At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. The role: As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by: * Planning and processing outbound shipments from the United States, ensuring all documentation and quotations meet regulatory and trade compliance requirements. * Coordinating order-to-shipment execution, including shipment scheduling and alignment with customer delivery requirements. * Reviewing demand variances and ensuring accurate demand signals are reflected in ERP/MRP systems. * Partnering with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Project Management and Commercial teams to support customer commitments. * Monitoring on-time delivery performance, analysing delays, identifying root causes and escalating risks where required. * Acting as a logistics advisor on customs, incoterms and route changes, ensuring compliant outbound finished goods movements. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. * Experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations with working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. * Understanding of import/export regulations, customs processes and global trade compliance. * Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach. * Clear and effective communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across functions.
