Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish therapeutic objectives and consistently monitor progress to ensure clients are on track towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to comply with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to accommodate clients’ preferences and enhance accessibility, employing secure telehealth platforms.

• Engage in regular professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
