In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 20-23 students and serve multiple sites, giving you an invaluable perspective on diverse educational practices and multidisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability and resourcefulness across varying environments
• Passion for working with children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
• Travel between multiple school sites as scheduled
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
