Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, families, and students
• Organized and adaptable, able to effectively manage a diverse caseload across multiple sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress towards goal attainment
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to design strategies that promote student success and access to educational environments
• Travel between school sites to provide consistent, high-quality therapy services
• Accurately document evaluations, sessions, and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
