Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based OT or pediatric setting highly desirable
• Familiarity with K-12 student needs, including IEP documentation and service delivery
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students across multiple campuses, supporting fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into educational programs
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining up-to-date case notes and reports
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed
