What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare regulations
• Support patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatments

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Med Surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with diverse patient populations
• BLS or ACLS certification (if required by facility)
