Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a stable, full-time role with a thriving, growing company? We are a expanding small business based in Jacksonville, FL, looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on-site.

This is a Temporary-to-Hire position. We are looking for someone who wants to hit the ground running, master our processes, and transition into a permanent, long-term role as our business continues to scale.

salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, manage weekly payment cycles
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Generate and issue customer invoices, record incoming payments
• Track outstanding balances, and assist with soft collections
• Maintain accurately categorized financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Perform routine ledger maintenance, and support account reconciliations
• Assist with basic finanical reporting, and collaborate with team members on daily administrative needs

• Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
• General Ledger (2 years of experience is required)
• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
• QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
• Excel (2 years of experience is required)
