Task Force Garage installs premium polyaspartic and epoxy floor coatings for homeowners across the greater seattle area. Garages, patios, basements, pool decks, and walkways. We've been doing this for 6 years and have completed over 1,200 floors with a 4.9-star average across 300+ reviews.

We're hiring a Sales Estimator to run in-home appointments, measure and price jobs on the spot, and close them. This is a field sales role, not a desk job. You'll be in your vehicle most of the day meeting homeowners who already asked for a quote.

The Role

You'll be handed pre-set appointments — Task Force Garage generates the leads, you close them. A typical day is 3–5 appointments in your assigned territory. You show up, you look at the slab, you build the number, you present it, and you ask for the sale before you leave.

Day to day:

• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners who requested an estimate
• Measure the space accurately and document square footage, layout, and obstructions
• Assess slab condition — cracks, spalling, pitting, oil staining, expansion joints, moisture indicators, and any existing coating that needs removal
• Determine the prep required and price it correctly, because prep is where margin is won or lost
• Present color and flake options, walk the homeowner through the system we're installing, and explain why it outlasts a big-box kit or a cheap competitor bid
• Build and present the quote on-site, same visit
• Handle objections, close, and collect the deposit
• Follow up consistently on open bids until you get a decision either way
• Turn in clean, accurate job notes so the install crew shows up to exactly what you described
• Keep your pipeline and appointment outcomes updated in our CRM
  

What You Bring

Required:

• Experience selling in construction, home improvement, remodeling, or a related trade
• Comfortable measuring a space and doing math in front of a customer without stalling
• Able to hold a confident conversation with a homeowner about scope, prep, and price
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
• Smartphone and basic comfort with a CRM or quoting app
• Professional appearance and on-time reliability — you're the only person from our company most customers meet
• Able to lift 50 lbs and move around garages, crawl spaces, and unfinished areas
  

Nice to have:

• Background in concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, polished concrete, or decorative concrete
• Experience with in-home, one-call-close selling
• Familiarity with moisture testing, grinding and shot-blasting, and surface profile standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish
  

We will train the product. Coatings knowledge is teachable in a few weeks. Sales instinct is not, so that's what we're screening for.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission position. Commission is 10% of the job total, paid weekly on collected revenue.

• Realistic first-year earnings: $65,000 – $95,000
• Top performers: $120,000+
• Task Force Garage supplies approximately 10–12 pre-set appointments per week — you are not sourcing your own leads
• Average job size runs $3,500 – $6,000
• No cap. Your income is limited only by your close rate and how many appointments you run.

Schedule

Full-time. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday appointments, since homeowners are often only available on weekends. Some evening appointments to accommodate working customers.
