Program ManagerConexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Program Manager in a remote capacity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive compensation package.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides expert content/professional leadership on complex Program Management assignments/projects.Supports the delivery of a strategic program representing a major company initiative by providing central expertise, governance, and control within or independent of a formal Program Management Office (PMO).Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.Manages large programs or processes. Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices.Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.May lead functional teams or projects.Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.Focuses on providing thought leadership within Program Management but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree REQUIRED5+ years Program Management experienceExperience working on compliance related projects or within a compliance department or organizationAdvanced Microsoft applications – word, outlook, excel, project, visioStrong stakeholder identification and managementExperience working within a program governance frameworkStrong communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to specific audiencesProven experience working on business and IT projects with an understanding of the software delivery lifecycle as well as operational adoption of new processes.Business Analysis techniques such as process modelling, root cause analysis, data models, process maps and traceability are very desirable.Ability to lead requirements and specifications workshops and facilitate effective discussionAbility to lead project delivery planning, estimation, resourcing, risk identification and delivery management
