Data Integration Developer

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and cloud data integration tools. The ideal candidate will have deep ETL development experience, strong SQL skills, and exposure to large enterprise data environments, with a focus on data quality, governance, and analytics.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, IDC, and IDMC/IICS
- Build and manage mappings, mapplets, sessions, and workflows aligned with technical specifications
- Perform data integration, transformation, and loading across multiple source systems
- Develop data models and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Implement data quality rules and governance policies
- Work with Teradata utilities (BTEQ, MultiLoad, FastExport, TPT, SQL Assistant)
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries across Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and Azure SQL
- Use Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and scheduling
- Collaborate with business and analytics teams to deliver dashboards and reports
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with data regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter and ETL development
- Strong experience with IDMC/IICS (Cloud Data Integration)
- Advanced SQL proficiency and solid understanding of data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Teradata utilities
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting and scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
