Office Manager
Tri-Valley Career Center
We are a mental health clinic serving the Trivalley area for over 40 years. We are a group practice comprised of 4 psychologist, 1 MFT, and 2 Educational Psychologist. Post High School education preferred. Some reception and office work experience preferred. This is a part time (15hr/wk) position with out benefits but with flexible hours. Skills needed: Good telephone communication skills, being able to stay organized and juggle tasks, computer skills (i.e., Excel, emailing, Zoom, and scheduling programs), minor accounting skills, and ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Duties include: Telephone reception, scheduling appointments, completing daily settlement reports, organizing patient files, maintaining office supplies, and regularly interacting with our accountant and medical biller. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tri-Valley Career Center
