What You'll Do:

• Provide expert orthopedic surgical care within a multidisciplinary team
• Perform consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists
• Participate in inpatient hospital care or coordinate coverage with hospitalist teams
• Engage in call rotation, including weekends, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Mentor and work alongside APPs and clinical staff
• Contribute to community health improvements and patient education

What You Need:

• Medical license in Missouri or eligible for license
• Board-certified or eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
• 3+ years of orthopedic practice experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, patient-centered environment
