Responsibilities Black Bear Lodge – Nurse Practitioner‑PRN Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) is the premier provider of integrated treatment for co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns, offering residential and outpatient services nationwide. Located in the serene forest foothills of northern Georgia, Black Bear Lodge is a 144-bed place of solace and healing for those individuals suffering from addiction and mental health issues. I feel heard and valued every day Watching broken people blossom in their recovery Helpful Co‑Workers Great Mountain Setting To Work In Qualifications Duties/Expectations Provides addiction medicine, and psychiatric/ or medical evaluation and treatment services Perform routine addiction medicine evaluations and psychopharmacologic treatment of patients at admission and ongoing, completing documentation of all evaluations and treatment visits on the day of the session and according to FRN documentation requirements. Ensure timely meetings with patients and timely documentation of related notes. Communicate with attending physicians, psychiatrists, etc. regarding status and treatment of the patient. Professionally and ethically relates to patients and peers at all times. Participate in weekly staff and clinical meetings. After hour on‑call schedule as needed On‑Call and Weekend Services On‑call Providers rotate throughout the week, and each provider may be on‑call at least one weekend per month, as needed. Daily on‑call hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day. Weekend on‑call hours are from Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning. The On‑Call schedule is based on availability and scheduled around days off that the provider requests ahead of time. Additional on‑call is paid at bonus rates. Education and Experience Unencumbered State of GA Licensed NP, expertise, or interest, in treating patients with co‑occurring and addictive disorders preferred.
