Quality Control Clerk

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and oversee the lifecycle of controlled quality procedures and records.

• Regulatory Compliance: Champion adherence to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards while coordinating documentation for all internal and external audits.

• Customer Deliverables: Prepare comprehensive customer documentation packages, including Certificates of Conformance and First Article Inspections (AS9102).

• Issue Resolution: Track corrective actions (CAPAs), nonconformance reports, and customer complaints through to timely and effective closure.

• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate compliance records within the ERP system and compile key quality performance metrics for management.

• Physical Inspection: Provide hands-on support to the QA team by inspecting parts using precision tools like calipers and height gauges.
