We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Representative to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, MN.
Title: Accounts Payable Representative
Location: Inver Grove Heights
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: $27 per hour, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a matching 401(K) plan
Your Responsibilities:
- Track receipt of data and source documents. Prepare and organize source documents, interpreting data accurately for entry.
- Collaborate with document preparers to resolve queries, inconsistencies, or missing data. Maintain precise and thorough client files and filing systems.
- Enter data into the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable System, ensuring accuracy, and making necessary corrections.
- Contribute actively to team objectives and collaborate effectively.
- Perform general clerical duties, including typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, and filing.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or AP/AR roles.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with essential expertise in Excel.
