Expected Duration: 3+ Months Contract with the possibility of extension

 

Job Type: Onsite

 

Pay Range: $28.00/hr.- $29.00/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Representative II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP, procure-to-pay operations, and high-volume invoice processing and a proven ability to deliver accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor support, and process improvements.

Work Schedule and Arrangement:

·       Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

·       Hybrid schedule. Onsite required on Tuesday and Wednesday.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Process vendor invoices in corporate ERP systems in alignment with company policies and internal controls.

·       Support business unit customers and vendors across the procure-to-pay cycle, emphasizing accuracy, service, and timeliness.

·       Triage and resolve invoice issues, discrepancies, and exceptions in a high-volume environment.

·       Partner with stakeholders to understand corporate structures, contacts, and approval workflows.

·       Identify and recommend process efficiency improvements within procure-to-pay operations.

·       Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records in accordance with controls.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       High School diploma or GED.

·       Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and AP/AR principles.

·       Proficiency in SAP for invoice processing.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical abilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

·       Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

·       Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) or Certified Accounts Payable Associate (CAPA) certification.

·       Experience supporting backlog reduction for invoice processing.
