Job Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Representative II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate ERP invoice processing, procure-to-pay operations, and internal controls, and a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely vendor payments and support internal partners with effective communication and service. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices in corporate ERP systems in accordance with company policies and internal control procedures. Support internal business partners and vendors through the full procure-to-pay lifecycle. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Apply agile thinking to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains. Troubleshoot discrepancies, resolve invoice and payment issues, and escalate as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working independently to meet deadlines and SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with ERP-based accounts payable processing and procure-to-pay workflows. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and adherence to internal controls. Effective verbal and written communication and customer service abilities. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and manage competing priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience with process improvement or agile methodologies within finance operations.
