HRIS Data and Systems Consultant

Job Description

Required Qualifications

5–10+ years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Data roles
Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central required)
Advanced Excel expertise (non-negotiable)
Pivot tables, complex formulas
Data reconciliation
Strongly preferred: Power Query
Proven experience working with large, complex datasets across systems
Ability to scope work independently and estimate effort accurately
Strong root cause analysis skills (not just surface-level fixes)

Preferred

Experience with Payroll (SAP ECP, ADP) and/or Workforce Management
Experience working in post-implementation stabilization environments
Experience building audit tools or data validation frameworks
