Human Resources ManagerOur client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing key human resources initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor, strong communicator, and collaborative leader who can successfully support both employees and management in a dynamic environment.What You'll DoPartner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational developmentLead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and hiring supportSupport compensation and total rewards programs, including market analysis and salary administrationServe as a resource for employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and engagement programsManage employee relations matters, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance managementDevelop and implement training, leadership development, and succession planning initiativesOversee HR systems, employee data, reporting, and workforce analyticsEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policiesSupport organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement effortsMaintain HR policies, procedures, and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and workforce needsProvide guidance and support to managers on employee-related mattersAssist with special projects and strategic HR initiatives as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of progressive Human Resources experienceProfessional HR certification preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirementsExperience supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance managementExperience working with HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and workforce management systemsStrong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goalsExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential informationStrong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilitiesAbility to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization
