Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year. Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent HR Manager to join our rapidly growing construction company. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization, helping to shape our people practices and drive our business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations in a high‑growth environment, preferably within the construction industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company. Nurture a positive working environment by building and maintaining a company culture that fosters high performance and employee engagement. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Implement effective onboarding plans for new employees. Lead project management activities related to HR initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. A master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. SHRM‑CP or equivalent certification is required. Proven experience as an HR Manager in a high‑growth environment, preferably within the construction industry. Demonstrated competence in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Experience managing a diverse workforce. Outstanding project management and change management skills. Experience with new employee onboarding and integration. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
