I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 11 years in the financial services and banking industry, bringing a strong background in helping people make informed financial decisions. I’m a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business, married, and a proud dad to a wonderful daughter. We enjoy staying connected to our community and finding opportunities to support the people and organizations around us. As an Account Associate for Michael Daka - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
