Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in your state of employment or a compact license for portability.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA.
• At least one year of recent experience in a cardiac or telemetry nursing setting.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in step-down units or ICU settings.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or CCRN.
• Prior travel nursing experience or ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
• Bilingual language skills to support diverse patient populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of specialized experience in cardiac or telemetry nursing.
• Prior experience in fast-paced hospital units handling similar patient caseloads.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 3 days per week, 12-hour day shifts (7A–7P).
• Every other weekend commitment.
• No on-call duties required.
• Ability to adapt to unit-specific protocols and procedures.
• Compliance with all hospital and staffing policies.
