Inspection Manager - Quality & Compliance for Defense Hardware

Northrop Grumman Advanced Weapons is seeking a Manager, Inspection 1 to lead the daily operations of the Inspection Team at the Northridge, CA site. The role focuses on product and process compliance, in-process inspection, and final acceptance of hardware for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of QA/mission assurance experience, strong leadership, and a solid background in IPC standards, Lean practices, and DoD program interfaces. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northrop Grumman
