About the Role As a Pharmacy Technician at Pucci's Pharmacy, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, blending cutting-edge technology with compassionate, high-touch service. From managing advanced workflows and operating robotic dispensing systems to supporting specialized programs like Medication Synchronization (Med Sync), compounding, and point-of-care testing, your role will go far beyond counting pills. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. Operate robotic systems for prescription filling and compliance packaging (bubbles, strips). Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patient inquiries and offering assistance with products and services. Process manual claims for third-party plans and manage inventory activities, including ordering and storing shipments. Maintain accurate records, monitor refrigerator/freezer temperatures, and ensure the pharmacy is clean and organized. Support specialized clinical programs such as compounding and point-of-care testing. Utilize pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information accurately. Uphold patient safety and privacy by adhering to HIPAA and company policies. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to develop strong community relationships and deliver outstanding care. Here’s what we’re seeking: Required Qualifications: Pharmacy Technician Licensure (Required) Pharmacy Technician experience (Preferred) Customer Service experience (Preferred) Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Preferred Qualifications: PTCB Certification Bilingual in Spanish Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassionate, patient-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math skills and sales experience Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods Lift up to 30 pounds Handle small instruments and objects with precision Quickly switch between tasks in a fast-paced environment Why Join Pucci's Pharmacy?
