Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, with visits to our outpatient office in Tampa as needed. Our flexible workplace promotes a healthy work-life balance, allowing counselors to conduct assessments and therapy sessions while benefiting from a supportive team culture. Counselors will have access to cutting-edge telehealth technologies and resources to facilitate effective patient interactions. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, enabling staff to enjoy evenings and weekends off.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Peaceful Envision, you will be responsible for:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with clients grappling with addiction-related challenges, mental health crises, trauma, and emotional distress. Counselors will interact with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with substance misuse, survivors of trauma, and those facing immediate emotional or situational crises. This requires the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client in a culturally sensitive manner.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
